Vimal Sanghavi

Vimal is the Founder Partner of Sanghavi & Partners. He has a single minded focus to provide quality service to clients. He takes a qualified pragmatic approach keeping in mind the existing environment in which client's operate. His philosophy is to partner with client's to ensure that there always remains certainty in the decisions they take within the prevailing legal environment. With an experience panning about 10 years, he believes in educating clients of all possible outcomes thereby enabling them to take predictable decisions and manoeuvre hurdles tactfully.

He regularly advises clients on real estate, intellectual property and corporate matters. He has also advised clients in the Media, FinTech and IT industry and regularly appears in various district and high courts in Maharashtra and Gujarat.

He has acquired degree in Commerce (B. Com.) and Law (L. L. B.) from the University of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. He also holds his Certificate of Practice issued by the Bar Council of India to appear in courts and is also registered with the High Court of Bombay to appear on its original side.
